The Graphic Designer will create world-class design work, producing digital graphics, merchandise designs, campaign materials, and motion graphics for various channels to strengthen the global brand. Key duties include executing creative briefs for the MENASA region and global campaigns, serving as the creative point of contact for EU local marketing teams, and providing guidance to junior designers.
Responsibilities
- Creative Design Delivery: Interpret and execute creative briefs to produce best-in-class design work
- Collaborate closely with design leads, senior designers, project managers, and copywriters
- Serve as the creative point of contact for EU local marketing teams
- Support acquisition and retention objectives by producing engaging digital creatives
- Use campaign performance insights to iterate, optimize, and enhance creative outputs
- Creative Operations: Collaborate with senior designers and design leads to define and refine creative processes
- Team and Relationship Management: Self-motivate and manage daily tasks to deliver work on time and to agreed standards
Requirements
- Design qualifications + experience
- Fast-paced output
- End-to-end design skills
- Tools: Advanced in Adobe Creative Suite + Figma
- Generative AI: Experience working with and utilizing generative AI is a plus
