Marketing Specialist, Graphic Designer (12-Month Contract)

The Marketing Specialist, Graphic Designer will be responsible for concepting and designing materials that encapsulate Vancity’s brand across print, digital, video, social, and in-branch channels. This role involves collaborating with the creative team to develop campaign concepts and ensuring design consistency across platforms.

Responsibilities

• Create engaging content across print, digital, video, social, and in-branch channels
• Apply foundational knowledge of HTML and CSS to support digital design needs
• Analyze mobile app and microsite designs to ensure brand consistency and provide UX/UI feedback
• Design and develop brand icons, illustrations, and visual assets
• Collaborate independently or within the team, using strong influencing skills to drive outcomes

Requirements

• Hands-on design, production, and concepting experience
• Education in graphic design, UXUI, or multimedia
• 5 years of professional experience in marketing or creative
• Ability to deliver best-in-class creative across all platforms
