The Graphic Designer will design and develop retail packaging solutions, ensuring artwork is visually compelling and production-ready across multiple brands. This involves creating layouts, applying brand guidelines, preparing print-ready files, and coordinating closely with cross-functional teams from concept through final production.
Responsibilities
- Design and develop retail packaging for in-line and clip strip products
- Create packaging layouts that maximize shelf impact and shopper engagement
- Apply brand guidelines consistently across product categories
- Translate written or verbal product briefs into effective visual solutions
- Prepare print-ready artwork files, including die lines, bleeds, color profiles, and typography standards
- Collaborate closely with Product Development, Buying, Graphics, and Production teams
- Maintain and evolve brand style guides
- Ensure visual consistency across packaging and marketing materials
Requirements
- Minimum 4+ years professional graphic design experience
- Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or Fine Arts, or equivalent experience
- Strong visual storytelling and creative problem-solving ability
- Strong understanding of retail packaging design
- Excellent typography, layout, and composition skills
- Ability to design within brand guidelines
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, and Adobe InDesign
- Strong understanding of print production and packaging specifications
