Graphic Designer (InDesign Specialist) - Part-Time (Remote)
Outsource Access Remote (🇵🇭 Manila, Capital District, Philippines)
The role involves transforming raw data and broker notes from commercial real estate firms into polished, high-end marketing assets like property brochures using mastery of Adobe InDesign systems. Additionally, the designer will contribute to building playbooks and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to support future scaling of the team.
Responsibilities
- Create high-end property brochures that command attention and drive investor interest
- Ensure brand consistency across all listing platforms
- Contribute to the development of playbooks and SOPs to allow the firm to scale
- Master Outsource Access's 'plug-and-play' Adobe InDesign systems
- Serve as the guardian of visual standards, ensuring every floor plan, logo, and layout is perfectly aligned and aesthetically consistent
Requirements

- Growth-Minded: interested in the 'big picture' of a business and eager to grow into more responsibility
- Tech-Savvy: power user of Adobe InDesign, with strong skills in Illustrator, Acrobat Pro, and a working knowledge of Photoshop
