Junior/ Mid Level UI/ UX Designer

The role involves conducting user research, creating personas and journey maps, and developing wireframes, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups using design tools. Key duties also include collaborating with cross-functional teams and ensuring designs meet accessibility standards.

Responsibilities

• Conduct user research and analysis to understand user needs and behaviors
• Create personas, journey maps, and task flows to guide design decisions
• Develop wireframes, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups using design tools
• Apply principles of color theory, typography, and layout to create visually compelling interfaces
• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to align designs with business goals and technical feasibility
• Present and defend design concepts with clear rationale based on user needs and data
• Conduct usability testing and iterate designs based on feedback
• Ensure designs meet accessibility standards for inclusive user experiences
• Maintain and contribute to the company's design system for consistent branding and UI patterns

Requirements

• 2-4 years of professional experience in UI/UX design
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles, responsive design, and accessibility standards
• Experience conducting user research and usability testing
• Solid portfolio showcasing web and mobile design projects
• Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS is a plus
• Excellent communication, teamwork, and time-management skills
