Senior Product Designer

The Senior Product Designer is responsible for the end-to-end user experience of products within the QAD Suite of ERP solutions, starting with in-depth research and translating insights into complete workflows and interactions. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to define UX vision, designing documentation like wireframes and prototypes, and validating designs through user testing.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Product Management to create user-centered experiences
- Design and document wireframes, prototypes, and final mockups
- Partner closely with Product Management, Engineering, senior leadership, and stakeholders to define and drive UX vision and strategy
- Conduct outside-in research to gain deep insight into real-world customer needs and business goals
- Validate and refine designs through reviews, usability testing, and feedback from end users
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or advanced degree in Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Graphic Design, Psychology, or equivalent professional experience
- 5–7 years of experience in product design, preferably within ERP systems or complex enterprise applications
- Expert-level interaction design skills with a strong command of the UX process
- Proven ability to communicate design solutions through storytelling and clear user narratives
- Demonstrated experience conducting user research and usability testing
