The role involves building, evolving, and maintaining a scalable design system across Clutchâs web and iOS products, working closely with design and development teams to support design-to-code workflows. Responsibilities also include collaborating on brand identity integration, creating documentation, influencing the design system roadmap, and evaluating new tooling improvements.
Responsibilities
- Build, evolve, and maintain a scalable design system
- Work closely with design lead and developers to support design-to-code workflows
- Collaborate with marketing team to incorporate brand identity into the design system
- Create and maintain clear technical documentation, usage guidelines, and examples
- Influence design system roadmap and long-term scalability
- Evaluate new technologies, frameworks, and tooling improvements
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of tech/startup or digital product agency experience
- Demonstrated experience maintaining a reusable component library and implementing details in code
- Excellent understanding of frontend development
- Excellent visual design skills
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
