The Senior Product Designer will serve as the foundational design presence in the UK, advocating for the local restaurant ecosystem by translating unique operational challenges into world-class product experiences. Responsibilities include designing end-to-end workflows across web and mobile, simplifying complex operator workflows, and contributing to the evolution of AI-driven tools.
Responsibilities
- Partner closely with product, engineering, and research to deeply understand our users and translate that understanding into thoughtful, intuitive product experiences
- Design end-to-end workflows across responsive web and native mobile
- Simplify complex, scaled operator workflows
- Contribute to the evolution of AI-driven tools
- Apply systems thinking to design and evolve platform-level experiences
- Partner closely with the Design System team to ensure consistency and long-term extensibility
- Participate in design critiques and reviews
- Support qualitative and quantitative research activities
- Collaborate with localization and international teams to ensure designs are culturally appropriate and adaptable
Requirements
- Experience designing holistic, end-to-end product experiences
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Designing at a systems level with comfort contributing to and shaping design systems
- Fluency in user-centered design methods and research literacy
- Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills
- Advanced proficiency in Figma and other prototyping or design collaboration tools
- Passion for creating intuitive, delightful experiences
