The Product Designer will support CAI’s Markov, Acctivate, and Food Connext products, focusing on ERP and supply chain workflows across process manufacturing. This role involves partnering with product and engineering teams to design scalable, intuitive experiences for operations, inventory, compliance, and financial workflows.
Responsibilities
- Support CAI’s Markov, Acctivate, and Food Connex products
- Design scalable, intuitive experiences for operations, inventory, compliance, and financial workflows
- Partner with product and engineering to design scalable, intuitive experiences
- Measure success through usability, adoption, and consistent design patterns across products
Requirements
- 5–8 years total experience
- 4+ years designing SAAS or ERP products
- Experience designing ERP or operational SAAS products
- Strong UX for inventory, order management, and compliance workflows
- Ability to translate complex business rules into simple UI
- Strong cross-functional collaboration skills
