Senior Product Designer

The Senior Product Designer will lead end-to-end product design for major initiatives across LeafLink’s platforms, partnering with Product Managers and Engineers to define strategy and roadmap. Responsibilities include translating complex workflows into intuitive user experiences, rapid prototyping in code, and owning the full design process from UX flows to production-ready UI.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end product design for major initiatives across LeafLink's platforms
• Partner with Product Managers and Engineers to define product strategy and roadmap
• Translate complex workflows into simple, intuitive user experiences
• Prototype rapidly in code to validate ideas and ship own designs to production
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs
• Build and maintain Figma component libraries used across the platform

Requirements

• 5-8+ years of experience in product design or UX/UI
• Experience designing complex SaaS, marketplace, or workflow-driven products
• Experience designing B2B marketplaces or commerce platforms
• Demonstrated experience building or contributing to design systems at scale
• Expertise with design and prototyping tools, such as Figma libraries, components, and variants
• Strong understanding of design systems and scalable UX patterns, component architecture, design tokens, and pattern libraries
