Graphic Designer and Social Media Coordinator

The role involves planning, developing, and deploying materials to drive brand awareness and sales, including creating graphic designs for social media, websites, marketing materials, and packaging artwork for core brands. Responsibilities also include maintaining brand consistency, managing a centralized asset library, and owning the day-to-day social media and digital presence.

Responsibilities

• Collaboratively drive brand awareness and sales for the company through the planning, development, and deployment of materials
• Create and launch graphic designs for social media postings, website content, marketing materials, and artwork for packaging design
• Maintain brand consistency across all digital and printed materials for TDP and its core brands
• Build and manage a centralized photo and design asset library for use across the organization
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, balancing creative quality with speed and business priorities
• Own day-to-day social media and digital presence while monitoring engagement and feedback

Requirements

• 2 years minimum prior experience as a designer and/or social media coordinator
• Command of top social media platforms (X, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc.)
• Ability to quickly establish professional relationships with cross-functional teams
• Ability to effectively prioritize and complete multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of traditional and digital marketing, content marketing, and social media marketing
• Excellent writing, communication, and presentation skills
• Strong proficiency in MS PowerPoint and graphic design suites
