UI/UX Designer

The role involves designing intuitive, scalable, and user-centered experiences for marketing technology platforms, which includes creating wireframes, mockups, and prototypes for web-based platforms. Responsibilities also cover supporting user research, collaborating cross-functionally, and maintaining design systems and standards.

Responsibilities

• Design wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, and interactive prototypes for web-based platforms
• Apply user-centered design principles to improve usability and overall experience
• Support user research initiatives and usability testing efforts
• Collaborate cross-functionally with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders
• Maintain and contribute to design systems and UI standards
• Participate in design reviews and provide constructive feedback
• Create and maintain documentation and training resources (written guides and videos) to support front-end development standards and design best practices

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent practical experience demonstrated through a portfolio
• A strong UX/UI portfolio showcasing design process and problem-solving skills
• Familiarity with design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD
• Solid understanding of UX principles and accessibility considerations
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS
