Senior Product Designer, Home Lending

The Senior Product Designer will collaborate with cross-functional peers to develop the vision, strategy, and language for the product ecosystem, focusing on solving complex challenges within consumer financial technology products. This role involves shaping product experiences to meet holistic financial needs and advocating zealously for client outcomes aligned with the company mission.

Responsibilities

• Work alongside cross-functional peers to develop the vision, strategy, and language for how the ecosystem of products works together
• Collaborate with content design, user research, product management, engineering, and legal and compliance to solve complex challenges
• Shape product experiences that solve for a more holistic set of financial product needs and aim to improve the financial outcomes of people served

Requirements

• 6+ years of product design experience in a consumer software company
• A portfolio of high-quality work that demonstrates a high bar for visual and interaction craft
• Experience collaborating with product managers, researchers, and content designers in a fast-paced, constantly evolving environment
