Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end user experience, from discovery and research through to interaction design and high-fidelity UI
- Plan and conduct user research activities, including interviews, usability testing, surveys, and A/B testing
- Facilitate workshops and co-design sessions to embed user insights into strategic discussions across the business
- Leverage analytics tools to refine features, optimize funnels, and continuously improve product metrics
Requirements
- Proven experience as a UX/UI or Product Designer working on digital products
- Comprehensive knowledge of the full product design lifecycle
- Hands-on experience conducting qualitative research and familiarity with quantitative validation
- Familiarity with Figma and experience contributing to scalable design systems
- Product-thinking mindset, designing for impact, adoption, and measurable growth
