UX Designer - Remote
Cedars-sinai Remote (🇺🇸 Los Angeles, California, United States of America)
The UX Designer is responsible for creating satisfying and compelling experiences for digital products by drawing on user research and workflow analysis, including researching user needs and turning insights into product features. This role involves driving the innovation design process, leading UX research, design, and testing, and continuously improving products post-launch.
Responsibilities
- Facilitates and/or drives the stages of the innovation design process
- Helps to establish and evolve the product from concept to proof of concept for user testing
- Leads the UX research, design, and testing for new experiences and improvements of existing experiences
- Advocates for strategic design solutions
- Communicates the user experience at various stages of the design process
- Delivers work that’s not only user-friendly, aesthetically engaging, but which also produces results
- Assesses and optimizes the performance of new and existing features
- Mentors more junior designers/researchers and leads the design/research workstream within a project/program
- Confidently presents design concepts, articulates ideas, and facilitates brainstorming sessions with leaders, developers, and stakeholders
Requirements
- Experience in UX design
- User research and workflow analysis skills
- Ability to work with Product Managers and other Designers
- Strong understanding of user needs and sentiment
