Senior UX Designer - Remote
Cedars-sinai Remote (🇺🇸 Los Angeles, California, United States of America)
The Senior UX Designer creates satisfying and compelling digital product experiences by analyzing user research and workflow data, and collaborates with Product Managers to translate insights into product features. This role involves continuously revisiting design stages to ensure ongoing alignment with end-user needs even after product launch.
Responsibilities
- Facilitates and/or drives the stages of the innovation design process
- Helps to establish and evolve the product from concept to proof of concept for user testing
- Leads the UX research, design, and testing for new experiences and improvements of existing experiences
- Advocates for strategic design solutions
- Communicates the user experience at various stages of the design process
- Delivers work that’s not only user-friendly, aesthetically engaging, but which also produces results
- Assesses and optimizes the performance of new and existing features
- Mentors more junior designers/researchers and leads the design/research workstream within a project/program
- Confidently presents design concepts, articulates ideas, and facilitates brainstorming sessions with leaders, developers, and stakeholders
- Conducts independent research and competitive analysis
Requirements
- Experience in user research and workflow analysis
- Ability to create service design blueprints
