Graphic Designer (Part-Time)

The Graphic Designer will execute visually compelling and impactful designs representing The NOW’s brand across digital and print channels, collaborating with creative and marketing teams to produce high-quality assets efficiently. Essential duties include delivering various graphic materials like ads, packaging, and signage, while supporting new creative initiatives and maintaining brand consistency.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a range of graphic materials for internal and external use including: presentation decks, execution guides, print and digital ads, packaging, signage, and other marketing collateral
• Support the Creative Team in developing + executing new creative initiatives and visual assets for the growth of the brand and its partners
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver visuals that support organizational goals
• Maintain brand style, voice, and quality standards across all deliverables; ensure consistency and accuracy
• Photo/video editing, formatting and retouching
• Print and digital asset management

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or 2+ years of equivalent professional work experience in graphic design or a related field
• Strong design fundamentals (typography, color theory, layout, and image selection)
• Working knowledge of print and digital technologies, processes, and production
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (especially Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, and Photoshop)
• Working experience with Figma
• Comfortable with Microsoft 365 (especially PowerPoint, Word, and Excel)
• Experience with asset/project management tools (e.g., Dropbox, SharePoint, Asana)
