UI/UX Designer

The UI/UX Designer will create clear, user-focused web and digital experiences for government clients, working closely with both external clients and internal cross-functional teams on projects. Responsibilities include providing strategic consultation, integrating client feedback to refine designs, and planning workshops to drive informed design decisions.
Responsibilities
- Create clear, user-focused web and digital experiences for government clients
- Work closely with external clients and internal, cross-functional teams on projects
- Provide strategic consultation during client meetings to understand needs, clarify requirements, and guide design direction
- Integrate client feedback to refine concepts and deliver high-quality designs
- Plan and facilitate workshops to gather insights, align stakeholders, and drive informed design decisions
Requirements
- U.S. Citizenship is required
- Eligible to obtain and maintain Government Security Clearance
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Arts, Graphic design or related field
- Strong conceptual thinker with the ability to translate researched information into visually stimulating and intellectually engaging designs
- Strong written and oral communications skills
- Proficiency in writing and understanding User Stories
- Proficiency using Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, and JIRA
