Senior Product Designer

The Senior Product Designer will drive elegant user experiences spanning digital (mobile, web) and physical (devices) interfaces by leveraging a full range of design skills across the entire product lifecycle from concept to launch. This role involves collaborating closely with product managers and engineers, advocating for UX improvements using data, and mentoring junior designers.

Responsibilities

• Using your full range of skills to drive elegant user experiences across digital and physical interfaces
• Owning design independently across multiple product areas throughout the entire product lifecycle
• Communicating and collaborating closely with software and hardware product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders
• Advocating for changes, refinements, and ongoing improvements to the user experience
• Facilitating and leading workshops with cross-functional teams and stakeholders

Requirements

• 6+ years of design experience, with 2+ years focused on IoT or connected products
• A BA/BS in design, UX/UI, HCI, or equivalent professional experience
• Proven experience owning and driving end-to-end product design independently as part of cross-functional teams
• Expert proficiency in Figma, including advanced knowledge of variants, variables, component architecture, and building scalable design systems
• Deep experience designing, documenting, and governing design systems across multiple products and platforms
