Junior Graphic Designer

The role involves designing and producing a wide variety of graphic and illustrative material while also contributing to the development of Brand standards. Key duties include research, product development activities, packaging design support, and resolving customer queries.
Responsibilities
- Design and Conceptualization: Research and interpret data, trends, and benchmarks relevant to digital products/services design
- Product and Solution Development: Carry out a range of product development and engineering activities
- Packaging: Cultivate an understanding of packaging needs and develop design ideas and prototypes to support the packaging process
- Information and Business Advice: Resolve queries from internal or external customers or suppliers by providing information on complex processes and the related policies
- Documentation and Backup: Create and maintain technical and/or user documentation to a high standard, and back up files to ensure instant recovery if problems occur
- Product Management: Deliver support services (mostly of a routine nature) by using product management systems and protocols
- Research: Carry out a range of research activities either to support others or to fulfill the requirements of the role
- Quality Assurance: Plan and coordinate testing and inspection of products and processes
- Knowledge Management: Collect and create content, best practices, and case studies to capture and share knowledge
- Personal Capability Building: Develop own capabilities by participating in assessment and development planning activities as well as formal and informal training and coaching
