The role involves collaborating with marketing and operations teams to develop graphic design for various events like trade fairs and exhibitions, handling artwork production, and preparing design proposals for clients. Responsibilities also include liaising with vendors, staying updated on design trends, and supervising graphic installation on-site.
Responsibilities
- Work closely with marketing and operation teams to develop graphic design for trade fairs, exhibitions, seminars, and other special events
- Handle artwork production and output file preparation
- Prepare design proposal for presentation to potential clients
- Liaise and coordinate with internal teams, printers, and external vendors to ensure smooth production and cost-effective output
- Stay abreast of latest design concepts, new color trends for adoption and applications
- On-site supervision of graphic installation
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in graphic design in exhibition contracting or operation
- Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
- Familiar with PC/Mac, In-design, AI, Flash, Photoshop, and Illustrator
- Skills in computer graphics cut-out, knowledge in graphics cut-out
- Knowledge of multimedia (Premiere, After Effect, and Audition) an advantage
- Customer-oriented with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proactive, self-initiated, able to multi-task, and very attentive to details
- Willing to work long hours and on public holidays
