
Graphic Designer

The role involves delivering high-quality, on-brand creative across paid and owned digital channels, campaign assets, and in-park environments, working across both digital and physical mediums. Key tasks include designing paid media assets, CRM content, social media assets, website elements, and adapting artwork for various formats and placements.
Responsibilities
- Designing creative across a mix of digital and physical channels, including paid media assets, EDMs, CRM content, organic social media assets, website and landing page elements, digital screens and displays, campaign and in-park creative
- Adapting artwork across multiple formats, sizes, and placements
- Supporting campaign launches with cohesive, consistent creative
- Applying brand guidelines across all outputs while tailoring creative to channel and audience
- Managing your own workflow and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Working closely with the Creative Lead and a range of internal stakeholders across Marketing, Sales, Commercial, and Operations on briefs, feedback, and delivery
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in a graphic design role (in-house or agency)
- Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)
- Experience designing across both digital and print
- Confidence creating assets for paid media and campaign use
- Strong attention to detail, layout, typography, and brand consistency
- Ability to juggle multiple briefs and deadlines
- A collaborative, practical, and positive approach to working with stakeholders
