
Graphic Designer

This role involves designing and producing high-quality visual assets across digital and print platforms, such as marketing materials and web content, while ensuring brand consistency and visual excellence. The designer will partner with various internal teams to translate business objectives into compelling visual solutions that meet specific needs.
Responsibilities
- Design and produce high-quality visual assets across digital and print platforms, including marketing materials, presentations, web assets, social content, sales collateral, and internal communications
- Translate brand guidelines, messaging, and business objectives into visually compelling and consistent designs
- Partner closely with Marketing, Product, Sales, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver creative solutions that meet business needs
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines, quality standards, and brand consistency are met
- Apply strong typography, layout, color theory, and visual hierarchy principles to all design work
- Prepare final files for production, ensuring accuracy and adherence to technical specifications
- Participate in creative reviews, incorporating feedback while maintaining design integrity
- Contribute to the evolution and maintenance of brand standards and visual systems
- Proactively identify opportunities to improve creative processes, tools, and workflows
- Maintain organized project files and documentation
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience)
- 4+ years of professional graphic design experience in an in-house, agency, or mixed environment
- Strong portfolio demonstrating a range of design work, including brand systems, marketing collateral, and digital assets
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop); familiarity with Figma or similar tools preferred
- Strong understanding of branding, typography, layout, and visual storytelling
- Ability to translate complex ideas into clear, engaging visuals
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to high-quality output
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
