Graphic Designer

This role is responsible for designing high-impact visual content, including branded marketing collateral like presentations, brochures, and digital ads, to support sales agents and promote the company brand. The designer will also collaborate with the team to develop new assets, manage production files, and maintain brand consistency across all platforms.

Responsibilities

• Design branded marketing collateral including listing presentations, brochures, flyers, postcards, signage, and digital ads
• Create social media graphics, website visuals, and email templates to support agent marketing and company campaigns
• Support agents and teams with custom marketing requests while maintaining brand consistency
• Collaborate with the design and marketing team to develop new templates and campaign assets
• Prepare files for print and digital production, ensuring accuracy and quality
• Communicate with external vendors for printing and production needs
• Contribute ideas and design concepts to team meetings and creative brainstorming sessions
• Stay up to date with industry trends and emerging design tools to keep marketing assets fresh and effective
• Maintain organized project files and asset libraries
• Track billable design hours when applicable for internal and agent billing
• Meet all deadlines in a fast-moving, deadline-driven environment

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field
• 2+ years of professional graphic design experience, ideally in real estate, agency, or fast-paced marketing environment
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop)
• Familiarity with digital and print production, including pre-press standards
• Strong layout, typography, and branding skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines
• Experience working in both Mac and PC environments
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
