The Graphic Designer is responsible for creating and directing graphics-related work for real estate agents and branch offices, focusing on high-quality marketing materials and branding initiatives. Duties include developing designs for print, web, social media, and presentations to enhance brand image and consistency.
Responsibilities
- Developing and implementing design strategies to enhance real estate agents and brokerage brand image
- Creating new designs for internal and external printed marketing materials, including flyers, brochures, advertising, and direct marketing materials
- Managing social media accounts and creating content to drive engagement
- Creating presentation materials to support sales associates and branch offices
- Developing and implementing design strategies to promote brand consistency
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in graphic design, or equivalent work experience
- 3-5 years of experience as a graphic designer on a variety of media sources
- Proficient in PC design programs, including Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Cloud
- Experience working for a well-known brand, supporting a large sales force, is preferred
