Staff Product Designer, Agent Studio

The Staff Product Designer will design complex, end-to-end builder experiences for customers to create and configure AI agents, while shaping AI interaction patterns including trust, feedback loops, and explainability. This role involves translating complex technical capabilities into clear workflows and partnering with Product and Engineering to define product direction in ambiguous, early-stage spaces.
Responsibilities
- Design complex, end-to-end builder experiences that enable customers to create and configure AI agents
- Shape AI interaction patterns, including trust, feedback loops, guardrails, explainability, and uncertainty handling
- Partner closely with Product and Engineering to define product direction in ambiguous, early-stage spaces
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience as a Product Designer
- Experience operating at Senior or Staff level in B2B SaaS or developer tooling
- Experience designing complex systems, platforms, or builder tools
- Strong systems thinking and ability to model complex workflows and interaction states
