The Product Designer will own the end-to-end design of multi-product onboarding experiences for new customers, focusing on driving activation, conversion, and completion metrics. This involves close collaboration with cross-functional teams and championing design consistency by expanding upon the existing design system.
Responsibilities
- Design onboarding: Lead the end-to-end design of new user flows across multiple product lines
- Drive onboarding metrics: Influence activation, conversion, cross-sell, and completion metrics through user-centered design
- Partner with cross-functional teams: Work closely with PMs, engineers, and analysts to align on goals, share progress, and launch effectively
Requirements
- Strong portfolio showcasing end-to-end product design work that balances UX, UI, and strategy
- Deep understanding of user-centered design principles
- Fluency with Figma and experience working within design systems
- Experience working in cross-functional product squads
- Ability to communicate clearly and present work effectively to stakeholders
