Lead Product Designer, RDC+ — Agent & Consumer Experience

The Lead Product Designer will own end-to-end design for agent and consumer surfaces, including research, IA, flows, UI, and UX copy, while leading design direction independently on some surfaces and executing within existing patterns on others. They will partner closely with Product Managers from problem framing through shipping and stay close to data to inform necessary revisions.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end design on agent and consumer surfaces
• Lead design direction independently on some surfaces; execute within established patterns on others
• Partner with PMs from early problem framing through shipping
• Collaborate with Consumer Design, UX Research, Content, and Design Systems teams to align experiences and avoid redundant solutions

Requirements

• Senior to lead-level product design experience
• Strong interaction design, UX copy, and systems thinking across both mobile and web
• Experience designing for complex, workflow-heavy tools
• Comfortable operating before requirements are fully defined
• Proven ability to collaborate with PMs and engineers as a true thought partner
