The Senior Product Designer will shape enterprise tooling for the Design System team, focusing on building the engine that powers product development to ensure consistent, accessible, and meaningful member interactions. Key accomplishments include auditing the component library, shipping refined components, leading the rollout of new patterns, refining governance processes, and evolving design tokens to support new platforms.
Responsibilities
- Audit current component library and build trust with engineering partners
- Ship refined components and documentation
- Lead definition and rollout of complex new pattern or component set
- Refine governance process and make it easier for teams to propose and contribute changes
Requirements
- 5+ years of product design experience
- Expert proficiency in Figma
- Strong portfolio showcasing ability to build and maintain design systems
- Visual excellence and passion for pushing visual quality forward
