The Senior UX Designer will facilitate and define product requirements and technical feasibility, guiding stakeholders through design exercises to shape and prioritize user stories before designing solutions. This role is key in generating design documents that communicate recommendations, limitations, trade-offs, and product direction, while helping to inform and shape product roadmaps and business goals.
Responsibilities
- Facilitate and define product requirements and technical feasibility
- Pull insights and guide product stakeholders into design exercises and activities
- Recognize risks and effectively communicate and escalate issues that may impact the customer experience
- Generate design documents that succinctly communicate recommendations, limitations, trade-offs, and product direction
Requirements
- 7+ years of design experience
- Online portfolio or samples of work on resume
- Experience creating great end-to-end, user-centered design solutions and patterns
- Experience delivering design solutions for projects of large scope and complexity
