Product Designer, Crypto

The Product Designer will lead design efforts for the global money management suite, focusing on designing critical infrastructure for users moving between fiat and the digital asset economy, including on-ramp and off-ramp experiences. Responsibilities include owning the end-to-end product design process, designing for Native Mobile SDKs, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to shape the roadmap based on customer outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end product design process from discovery through delivery
• Design seamless on-ramp and off-ramp experiences that allow businesses to move between fiat and stablecoin rails
• Lead the design for Native Mobile SDKs
• Collaborate with engineering, product, and other stakeholders to shape the team's roadmap and goals
• Leverage insights from UXR team to identify opportunity areas and validate potential solutions
• Partner with content design to craft compelling experiences that deliver the right information at the right time to the right user

Requirements

• 6+ years relevant design experience at a tech, product-driven company
• Experience working with, and leading changes to, an established design system
• Experience collaborating with engineering to support UI development
• Have worked autonomously on large-scale initiatives like system unification efforts or highly visible features
• Strong cross-functional collaboration skills, operating as a co-lead with product management and engineering decision makers
• Strong skills in visual design, interaction design, prototyping
