Senior Product Designer
Tripadvisor Remote (🇵🇱 Krakow, Lesser Poland Voivodeship, Poland)
This role involves driving product strategy by evaluating opportunities, translating data into clear problem definitions, and owning the end-to-end design process from discovery through delivery. Responsibilities also include planning and conducting user research, creating necessary design artifacts, and ensuring design quality through collaboration and system contribution.
Responsibilities
- Drive Product Strategy & Outcomes: Evaluate pillar-level opportunities and challenges, contributing meaningfully to product strategy and roadmaps
- Deliver High-Quality Design: Own end-to-end design across multiple areas, from discovery through delivery
- Collaborate, Influence & Mentor: Work closely with product, engineering, marketing and commercial to create alignment and progress
- Plan and conduct user research, synthesising insights into actionable direction
- Create flows, maps, IA, and prototypes to communicate and test solutions
- Ensure design quality through collaboration, Design QA, and strong attention to detail
- Use and contribute to the Design System to ensure consistency and scalability
Requirements
- Demonstrated ability to use AI tools to improve efficiency, quality, and decision-making in day-to-day work
- Proven ability to operate effectively with a global-first mindset
- Minimum 5 Years of Product Design experience
- Must have marketplace experience
- Thinks strategically and loves being hands-on to deliver meaningful outcomes
- Grounds decisions in research, data, and customer insight
- Is comfortable owning complex problem spaces and influencing direction
- Communicates with clarity, confidence, and empathy
- Embraces feedback, adapts to change, and maintains a bias toward progress
