
UX Designer (contract)

The UX Designer will architect intuitive, goal-driven user experiences by translating business objectives into clear user journeys and design concepts, while proactively identifying and proposing scalable UX/UI improvements across digital platforms. Key duties involve designing responsive pages, creating high-fidelity mockups in Figma, maintaining the design system, and collaborating cross-functionally with marketing and development teams.
Responsibilities
- Translating marketing and commercial strategies into clear user journeys and design concepts
- Creating intuitive user journeys, informed by research, data, and business priorities
- Designing responsive pages, layouts, and components with a strong focus on hierarchy, visual clarity, and accessibility
- Maintaining and evolving the company’s style guide and component library in Figma
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to translate ideas into user-centered digital experiences
Requirements
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in UX/UI or digital product design
- Proficiency in Figma (components, variants, and prototyping)
- Strong grasp of layout, typography, interaction design, and responsive design principles
- Ability to synthesize feedback and data into actionable design improvements
- Excellent communication and organizational skills; able to manage competing priorities
- Working knowledge of HTML/CSS for effective collaboration with developers
