Principal UX Designer

This role involves leading organization-wide design initiatives, establishing new design patterns and standards, and coordinating complex cross-functional efforts as a strategic design authority. Responsibilities include applying human-centered design to generate user insights and translating strategy into scalable, accessible design solutions using expert proficiency in Figma.
Responsibilities
- Apply inclusive, human-centred design practices to generate deep user insights
- Translate research and strategy into effective, accessible, and scalable design solutions
- Design and iterate on wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UIs using Figma
- Plan and conduct user research and usability testing independently
- Establish new design patterns and concepts that can be adopted across teams
Requirements
- 7-12 years of experience in UX, interaction, or product design
- Expertise in Figma and contemporary design tools
- Strong research and synthesis skills
- Clear and confident communication, facilitation, and presentation abilities
