Principal Product Designer: Travel & Conversion

The Principal Product Designer will lead the end-to-end design of complex travel booking journeys for flights and hotels, focusing on UX architecture, user flows, and motion design to optimize conversion rates. This role also involves setting the standard for design craft quality and informally mentoring junior designers by demonstrating best practices.
Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end design of complex booking journeys
- Elevate the craft by integrating high-fidelity motion design
- Lead by example and mentor junior designers
- Partner with Product and Data teams to translate behavioral metrics and A/B testing results into design improvements
- Collaborate with engineering and stakeholders to ensure technical feasibility
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in product design
- Expertise in UX & Logic
- Technical artistry
- Exceptional communication skills
- A "Lead by Doing" mentality
