Graphic Designer

The primary role involves creating designs for assigned products such as plates, pins, trophies, and medals, ensuring customer satisfaction by accurately capturing all requirements in the artwork. This includes consulting the AS400 system for verification and making necessary modifications requested by sellers or clients.

Responsibilities

• Create, save and manage the designs required by the customer to contribute to customer satisfaction
• Consult and verify in the AS400 system that the information and details specified are in accordance with the requirements requested by the client
• Make the modifications required by the seller or the client to the design to contribute to its satisfaction
• Perform the report of the orders produced daily (CHECK LIST)
• Mail the sample image to the customer
• Assistance to the plant for new designs
• Development and run of designs that come to process for the first time
• Develop specific projects related to the graphics area
• Participate in updating process flows
• Assist the supervisor in the attention of any return of the plant

Requirements

• Computer literacy and working-level skill with the basic MS Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, Explorer)
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Good interpersonal skills
• Ability to work well both individually and in a team environment
• COREL DRAW / ILLUSTRATOR / PHOTOSHOP Knowledge
• Intermediate English
