The role involves developing experiential graphic design concepts, visual systems, and narrative frameworks, while translating brand strategy into compelling environmental expressions. Responsibilities also include preparing construction documents from concept through fabrication and providing guidance to junior designers.
Responsibilities
- Developing experiential graphic design concepts, visual systems, and narrative frameworks
- Translating brand strategy into compelling environmental expressions
- Preparing construction documents and project information sets from concept through fabrication
- Contributing to design insight during client work sessions and internal reviews
- Providing informal guidance to junior designers regarding process and quality
- Collaborating closely with cross-disciplinary teams
Requirements
- High proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Acrobat)
- Solid understanding of spatial design, typography, color, and scale
- Ability to contribute to creative direction and propose design solutions
- Ability to interpret and work from architectural drawings
- Clear communication, visual storytelling, and presentation skills
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to adapt to evolving project demands
- Highly self-motivated and capable of thriving in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Positive attitude, resourceful nature, and excellent problem-solving capabilities
- 3–6 years of experience in a graphic design or experiential studio environment
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field
