The role involves driving new site designs and legacy site upgrade designs from planning through execution, including the integration of automation technologies. Responsibilities also include leading technology integration and standardization across EU-wide programs and owning layout optimizations in assigned Delivery Stations.
Responsibilities
- Drives new site designs and legacy site upgrade designs from planning to execution, including automation integration
- Leads and drives technology integration and standardization in EU-wide programs and products
- Contributes to network standardization via best practice sharing with EU counterparts
- Provides process expertise on engineering design defining material flow, conveyor positioning, equipment requirements, and real estate implications from process requirements
- Leads strategic initiatives and identifies project opportunities to improve the processes and stations designs
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in business, operations, logistics, supply chain, or engineering
- Experience in manufacturing, process, or industrial engineering
- Experience with Six Sigma, lean manufacturing
- Knowledge of project management tools
