Director of Sensor Product Design Engineering

The Director will translate marketing and customer requirements into device and system-level specifications, taking full ownership of product design, verification, and validation. Responsibilities also include managing multi-disciplinary design engineering teams and revising existing products while developing next-generation offerings.

Responsibilities

• Translating marketing and customer requirements into comprehensive device and system-level specification
• Liaise with customers to ensure deliverables meet or exceed specification and expectation
• Full ownership of the product design, verification, and validation
• Revising and updating existing products
• Developing the next generation of products
• Managing multi-disciplinary design engineering teams

Requirements

• Extensive experience (10+ years) in image sensor product design, with a deep understanding of the design, development, and manufacturing processes
• Strong knowledge of image sensor architecture, signal processing, and characterization
• Strong technical leadership and guidance to the design engineering team
• Hands-on design experience with bring-up of leading image sensor product and bring-up
