The UI/UX Designer will transform complex aviation workflows into intuitive, user-centered designs, partnering closely with Product Managers, developers, and stakeholders to define product visuals and interaction patterns. Key tasks include creating high-quality UX deliverables like wireframes and prototypes in Figma, ensuring design system cohesion, and collaborating with engineering for accurate UI implementation.

Responsibilities

  • Transform complex aviation workflows into intuitive, user-centered design solutions
  • Partner closely with Product Managers, developers, and stakeholders to define and elevate product visuals, interaction patterns, and overall experience
  • Create high-quality UX deliverables including journey maps, wireframes, interactive prototypes, and production-ready UI designs in Figma

Requirements

  • 4+ years of professional experience in UI/UX design for complex, data-rich web applications
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating user-centered design principles, interaction design, and ability to translate requirements into elegant interfaces
  • High proficiency in Figma for wireframes, prototypes, high-fidelity UI design, and design system usage
  • Exposure to AI-driven product design
