Graphic Designer

The Graphic Designer is responsible for creating visually engaging designs for print and digital platforms to communicate the organization's brand and objectives. This role involves collaborating with various teams to develop high-quality visual assets supporting business goals.

Responsibilities

• Design graphics for print and digital media, including advertisements, brochures, social media, websites, presentations, and email campaigns
• Develop and maintain brand consistency across all visual materials
• Collaborate with marketing, communications, and leadership teams to understand project goals and requirements
• Create concepts, layouts, and designs from initial idea through final production
• Revise designs based on feedback while meeting deadlines
• Prepare final files for print or digital distribution
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
• Stay current with design trends, tools, and best practices

Requirements

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
• Strong understanding of layout, typography, color theory, and composition
• Ability to translate ideas and concepts into compelling visual designs
• Excellent attention to detail and time management skills
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities
