Graphic Designer

The Graphic Designer will be responsible for designing high-impact new business pitch decks, agency presentations, social media, and marketing assets to bring the agency brand to life. This role also involves bringing campaign concepts to visual life, creating email designs, developing design systems, and collaborating closely with various internal teams.
Responsibilities
- Designing high-impact new business pitch decks and agency presentations
- Creating social media and marketing assets that bring the RP3 brand to life
- Bringing campaign concepts to visual life for new business pitches
- Designing campaign visuals supporting agency marketing and thought leadership
- Creating email designs and basic web experiences
- Designing across both static and motion-driven digital environments
- Developing design systems, templates, and layout frameworks
- Collaborating closely with Business Development, Marketing, and Creative teams
- Contributing to visual storytelling and art direction across agency initiatives
- Maintaining a meticulous eye for detail and brand consistency
Requirements
- 4-5 years of professional design experience in a creative agency or in-house setting
- Advanced knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite and Figma
- Experience designing presentation decks, social media content, and digital marketing assets
- Strong foundation in typography, layout, and composition
- Basic web design experience
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or a related field
