Responsibilities
- Build and maintain websites using WordPress, Builder.io, and other CMS platforms
- Customize website templates and themes to meet client needs
- Implement responsive and accessible design best practices
- Work with a team of content creators, marketing, and development teams to deliver cohesive web experiences
- Optimize website performance for speed, SEO, and usability
- Troubleshoot and resolve layout or functionality issues
- Stay current with web design trends, tools, and technologies
Requirements
- Associate's degree in web design, digital media, computer science, or related field (or equivalent practical experience)
- Hands-on experience building websites with WordPress or similar CMS platforms
- Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript preferred
- Experience with AI is a plus
- Excellent eye for layout, typography, and color balance
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
- Strong communication skills and willingness to learn
