IFS - AI UI / UX Designer

The AI UI/UX Designer will plan and conduct user research, synthesizing insights to design low- to high-fidelity wireframes and interactive prototypes for LLM-based chat and data-rich interfaces. Responsibilities also include applying conversation design best practices and ensuring coherence for both Arabic and English experiences.
Responsibilities
- Plan and conduct lightweight user research
- Design low- to high-fidelity wireframes, interactive prototypes, and microcopy
- Apply conversation design best practices
- Collaborate with AI engineers to shape model UX
- Ensure Arabic and English experiences are coherent
- Contribute to design systems and maintain Figma libraries
- Partner with engineers to validate feasibility and support handover
- Run quick usability tests/A-B experiments and iterate based on telemetry and stakeholder feedback
Requirements
- 0-3 years of experience and/or familiarity in UI/UX or product design
- A portfolio showcasing user-centered design work across research, interaction, and visual design
- Proficiency with Figma and collaboration tools
- Awareness of accessibility, usability heuristics, and testing methods
- Strong attention to detail and systems thinking
- Comfort collaborating with engineers and product managers
