Requirements

• 5+ years designing complex software products
• Portfolio that shows how you think, not just what you shipped
• Strong visual and interaction design skills
• Experience turning complex workflows into simple designs
• Real experience talking to users
• Comfort with ambiguity
• Strong feedback metabolism
