Drive visual design excellence across product surfaces, ensuring high standards of polish and usability, especially for data-dense enterprise interfaces like tables, dashboards, and complex workflows. Responsibilities include creating high-fidelity UI designs in Figma, evolving the design system, and collaborating closely with product and engineering teams for accurate implementation.
Responsibilities
- Drive visual design excellence across Clearwater's product surfaces
- Apply strong visual hierarchy to data-dense enterprise UI
- Create and refine UI designs in Figma
- Partner with Product Designers to improve user flows
- Collaborate with the Design Systems team to evolve the system
- Support accessibility and inclusive design
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in product/visual/UI design for digital products
- Strong portfolio demonstrating visual design craft and high-quality UI for complex applications
- Advanced skills in Figma
- Strong understanding of typography, layout systems, color, spacing, and interaction states
- Ability to collaborate effectively with Product Managers, Engineers, and other Designers
