The Senior Product Designer will lead the end-to-end design strategy, creating intuitive, elegant, and user-centric experiences that impact product success and customer satisfaction. This involves owning the full design lifecycle from discovery and ideation through to final delivery, while continuously exploring product improvements.
Responsibilities
- Create intuitive, elegant, and user-centric experiences that directly impact product success and customer satisfaction
- Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, researchers, and key stakeholders to define and execute design solutions that align with business goals
- Take ownership of the full design lifecycleāfrom discovery and ideation to prototyping, user testing, and final delivery
- Continuously explore new ways to improve our products through research, interaction design, and visual polish

Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as a Senior Product Designer, with a portfolio showcasing your work on complex projects
- Advanced proficiency in design software and deep knowledge of interaction design principles
- Proven ability to solve complex design problems
- Outstanding communication skills, with an ability to drive design conversations at a strategic level
- Robust experience in conducting comprehensive user research and usability testing
