Product Designer / Senior Product Designer

The role involves understanding user pain points to produce, test, and iterate on high-quality designs that solve user needs. This includes translating complex use cases into intuitive flows and collaborating with cross-functional teams to craft a world-class user experience.
Responsibilities
- Understand user workflows and pain points, and produce, test, and iterate on high-quality designs to solve user needs
- Translate highly complex use cases into flows that are intuitive for users
- Collaborate with product managers, engineers, founders, and leaders across Everstage to craft a seamless world-class user experience
- Prototype user experiences for testing and internal communication
Requirements
- 3+ years of product design experience (web & mobile applications) at a product-driven tech company
- B2B SaaS experience is a plus
- Solid visual design fundamentals and understanding of design concepts (space, typography, color theory, layout, etc.)
- The ability to work and thrive in a fast-paced, rapidly changing work environment
- Effective communicator, presenter, and eager to give and receive feedback
- Curiosity and creativity to test new ideas and innovate to improve business results
- Proficiency with Figma
- A self-starter mindset; you care deeply about crafting products to a world-class standard
