Senior UX Designer - RMJ

The Senior UX Designer will own the end-to-end design of features and workflows for the RunMyJobs enterprise automation platform, creating intuitive experiences for complex automation scenarios for finance and IT teams. A key role involves building a new design system from the ground up, establishing scalable patterns and components across the product portfolio.
Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end design of features and workflows for RunMyJobs
- Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and customers to create intuitive experiences
- Build our design system from the ground up, establishing patterns and components that will scale across our product portfolio
- Participate in agile ceremonies and maintain design velocity alongside engineering sprints
- Conduct design QA and work with engineering to ensure implementation fidelity
Requirements
- 5-7 years of UX/product design experience
- Strong portfolio demonstrating full-stack UX capabilities
- Experience designing for complex, data-dense enterprise applications
- Proficiency with Figma and modern design/prototyping tools
- Daily hands-on experience using AI tools to enhance design productivity and workflows
