Responsibilities
- Pilot the UX approach from research to production
- Conduct user research and analyze results
- Design intuitive and performant interfaces

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to transform insights into improvements
Requirements
- At least 5 years of UX design experience
- Expertise in CRO and performance-oriented design
- Strong portfolio demonstrating UX design capabilities
- Proficiency with Figma and other design tools
- Experience working in agile development environments
